Programs & Services

Along with specialized treatment plans, special referrals with the adherence and the commitment from our clients, families will be provided such opportunities like our Transitional Housing Program that provides necessary, safe, secure and in some cases immediate housing opportunities for themselves and their infant children; referrals to food banks, spiritual and cultural opportunities. Finally the process that assist and identifies their unique talents and strengths to complete their journey for integration into the workforce and fulfill their commitment to their community, thus breaking the cycle of dependency and obtaining fulfillment.

Teen Parenting Groups

Providing a safe place for teen mom’s to come and discuss their thoughts, feelings share ideas and concerns with other teen mom’s. Special Educators and Social Workers will lead topics of discussions from breastfeeding, Baby/self nutrition, exercising, post-partum depression and finding alone time for “my-self”.

Substance Abuse Services

  • Intake-Diagnosed for Treatment (individual)
  • Drug Free Out-Patient Treatment (Group Counseling twice a week 1½ hours)
  • Crisis Counseling (individual)
  • Collateral Counseling (Anger Management)

Referrals

  • Parent, Teacher, Case Worker, Counselor, Parent, Nurse, or Legal
  • Intake- Client Interview Determines if treatment is necessary (intake counselors-State Certified)

Minor Consent Medi-Cal is available to adolescents age 12-21.  Our staff is fully trained and will assist with the application process.
